Return and refund policy

This right of return applies to the following countries: United Kingdom

Our return period is 30 days from receipt of your order. After this period, returns or exchanges are unfortunately no longer possible.

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order if you have received defective or damaged items, if you have received the wrong size or color, if your item does not fit, or if you are not satisfied with the items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Return procedure

If you wish to request a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Contact us at info@laeva-london.com and provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or refund. If the item is defective or damaged, please include a photo as proof.

Our customer service team will review your request and send you instructions for returning or refunding your order within a reasonable time frame.

Please note that we cannot process returns without prior contact and approval.

Return

Please note that we do not offer free returns; fees will apply. All returns are sent to our central warehouse at the customer's expense. The costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable. As the return is the responsibility of the sender, we recommend sending returns with a trackable shipping service such as DHL to ensure that the goods arrive safely.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will process your refund within 7 days and refund the amount to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds: If your refund does not arrive on time, please check your bank account, contact your bank or credit card company. For further assistance, please contact us at info@laeva-london.com

In certain situations, only a partial refund or no refund may be granted.

- Items that are not in their original condition.

- Items that are missing parts that are not our fault.

- Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

The best way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order for the item you want. If you would like to exchange the item, please email us at info@laeva-london.com

Returns after the 30-day period

Items returned after the 30-day period may be refused or only partially refunded. In such cases, please contact us for further information.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you have 5 minutes after completing your order to do so. After this period, cancellations cannot be processed as the processing and shipping of your order may have already begun.

To cancel within this period, please contact us at info@laeva-london.com and provide your order number.

After the 5-minute period has expired, you can arrange a return in accordance with our return policy if necessary.
