1. When will my order be delivered?

After successfully purchasing the product on our website, you will receive an email notification from us. You will also receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Below you will find the average delivery times for all our packages:

Last order time 4:00 p.m. (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)

Processing time 1-3 days, shipping: Mon-Sat

Delivery time 5-8 business days, shipping: Mon-Sat

The total delivery time is 6–11 days, Mon–Sat

2. Do you deliver everywhere?

We only deliver to the following countries: United Kingdom

3. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account with us to place an order.

4. Can I return goods and who bears the costs?

Yes, you can return the delivered goods within the return and cancellation period of 30 days after receipt of the goods.

The costs for the return shipment are at your expense.

5. What happens if I entered the wrong email address?

Please contact us so that we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name, and address, but not your order.

6. How secure is my online order?

When you shop online with your credit card, all your details are entered on a secure SSL website. Your details are then sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers.

7. How can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel your last purchase within 5 minutes of placing your order by sending us an email directly.

After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept any cancellations. Your order will be secured in our warehouse system and prepared for shipment.

8. Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Please note that your delivery address cannot be changed once your order has been processed or shipped. Please update your delivery address and enter your home address instead of your work address.
